Skin cancer surveillance is central to our practice: total body skin examinations help us find actinic keratoses, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma at their earliest and most treatable stages, and we work to prevent them with photodynamic therapy for widespread precancers along with sunscreen and antioxidant guidance. Dr. Duncan is a member of the St. Helena Hereditary Cancer Consortium, so patients at elevated hereditary risk can access genetic counseling, testing, and close monitoring.
